ALBERT ROMIEL
Albert has been strumming his guitar since 2006 and whaling on his harmonica since 2013. His life's passion is to spread the joy of music, whether he's performing or teaching others.

Originally from the sun-kissed city of Los Angeles, California, Albert had the honor of working as Donovan's guitar technician from 2016 to 2017 and then as a road manager for Ida Mae from 2018 to 2019.

In January 2017, Albert embarked on an exhilarating six-month backpacking journey across Europe with nothing but his trusty guitar and backpack. During his travels, he met countless fellow music enthusiasts and discovered parts of the world he might not have seen if he had stayed on his path of studying computer science.

Albert's music has been his loyal companion, taking him on a wondrous journey full of memorable experiences. He expresses his gratitude to everyone who has helped him along the way and to those who have shown him great respect, love, and support.
a SONG FOR dON
In October 2016, Albert performed a song that he had written for Donovan backstage at the Grammy Museum in Downtown Los Angeles. This was a rare and fortunate opportunity for him to share his music with one of his greatest inspirations. That magical night will always remain etched in Albert's memory as a truly unforgettable experience.
